Privacy Policy

Lifeweave Labs (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) is an independent project operated by an individual based in Colorado, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use lifeweavelabs.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

Account information (only if you sign in). Signing in is optional and uses Google. When you do, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID so we can create your account and let you save designs. We never see your Google password.
Designs you save. If you save a community design, we store the design’s parameters (the configuration you chose) linked to your account so you can reopen it later.
“Model my site” requests. If you submit the request form, we collect the email address and the message you provide so we can respond.
Technical data. To keep you signed in we set a single essential session cookie (HttpOnly). Our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

We do not collect payment information (the Service is free), and we do not sell your personal information or use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

To provide the Service — running the design tool and saving/loading your designs.
To respond to “model my site” and other requests you send us.
To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
To understand usage in aggregate so we can improve the product.

3. Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of providers to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf:

Google — for optional “Sign in with Google” authentication.
Cloudflare — for website hosting, data storage, and network security.
An email delivery provider — to send our reply to a request you submit.

We use Google Cloud services to generate the general product and cost data shown in the tool; your account information is not shared with that process. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you don’t sign in, no account cookie is set. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, though doing so will sign you out.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your account and saved designs until you ask us to delete them or delete your account. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to delete your account and saved designs. Email us at agreunke@gmail.com and we’ll act on your request within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

8. Data location

The Service is operated from the United States and hosted on U.S.-based infrastructure. By using it, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected here.
